Blood on Defendant'snife Was Victim's, Scientist Says


In the Riverhead court room the forensic explain to the jury, that the blood from the victim is the same blood on Mr.Conroy knife, and other bloodstains on teenager clots matched with Marcelo Lucero DNA.


In the night of fatal success, Jeffrey Conroy said to the Police officer the knife with blood was stabbed in Marcelo Lucero.


According to the Dr. Dawson report said , that cause of death was a stab wound to the Mr Lucero chest.


Mr. Conroy's defense argument about the time it took the Ambulance Company to take Marcelo Lucero to the hospital. and no one on the ambulance volunteer was certified to hook up an IV.


Dr Dawson said that after Marcelo Lucero had been stabbed was "loss of blood volume," but that his opinion about the cause of Mr. Lucero death had not changed.
