An individual has not started living until he can rise above the narrow
confines of his individualistic concerns to the broader concerns of all humanity.

For Tonight, Tuesday, April 27th

Dear Class,

First, congratulations for the wonderful introductions. Now, it's time to write more in our class blog.

Last week, we read our first New York Times article. Don't forget the reading techniques we are learning in class. We will be printing another New York Times article tonight, so be ready for more challenging reading tomorrow night.

Tonight, we will blog again. I gave you an assignment last Wednesday and asked you to write about the Latino community where you live. I have made comments on your work. I would like you to revise your work, and publish the corrected copy on your blog.

Good luck!

And for tomorrow's reading, please click the following article and print!
